Earn a Master’s Degree in Leading Change – Scholarship Available
A scholarship to the American University/NTL masters program in Organization Development for people who plan to work with unions.
Established in 1980, the American University/National Training Lab Master of Science in Organization Development is a national leader in organization development education for mid-career professionals.
Merrilee Milstein dedicated her life to building a better world for working people. Whether as a union organizer, union vice-president or deputy field director for the AFL-CIO, she was a friend, a mentor and an inspiration to many.
Merrilee, a 2006 graduate, thrived in the program, finding that its focus on diversity, leadership development, and organizational change was perfectly suited to her own life’s work. Beloved and deeply respected by the faculty and her fellow students, she was selected to deliver the valedictory address at her cohort’s graduation in 2006.
It was Merrilee’s belief that the labor movement needed more trained professionals in the field of Organization Development to build the vibrant and effective organizations she believed in.
